1. Fixed an issue with off line Missions where local only missions did not display correctly

2. Version checking is now done at the start of aces high

3. Add a new mission group flag Special to be used for missions not meant for normal user play.

4. Fixed an off line issue with you taking damage when AI shot another plane.

5. Added a new command .wingmanpos it sets your formation position

6. Fixed some issue with air spawning in missions, you no longer need to set the flight spawn point of air starts.

7. Fixed a bug with skinning where some 32 bit bmps would not load correctly.

8. Only some list boxes are now enabled to be selected by key presses.

9. Fixed a bug with selecting a mission while Rate Mission window was open.

10. Added mission category flags so types of missions can be filtered out for display.

11. Added many tool tips to buttons and menus.
