1. Fixed a bug with the rear facing 5" twin on the CV in land and sea modes.

2. Fixed a bug causing engines 3 & 4 not to work correctly when mapped to a joystick.

3. Fixed a bug causing a crash in the M3 with the 75mm gun.

4. Added more VR gunner functionality. Currently only TBM and 40mm quad on ships.

5. Fixed a bug in the skin viewer causing the window not to refresh after a size change.

5. The skin viewer now uses DX11 instead of DX9.

Any custom sound banks must be rebuilt! This may fix the game crashes when firing some ship guns.
